I went to the location within business hours, they closed at 4 PM, and I was there by 3 o’clock. No one was in the office, it was locked and no note on the door. I did call for help at the number on the website. I had to handle everything over the phone, signing papers via emails and it took over an hour. The two phone associates were very helpful, but I am not technically savvy so this was quite an ordeal for me. Very frustrating that the business was not open during the advertised hours.
