It took much longer than expected to fill out the paperwork for the unit. There was no sense of urgency from the two women working despite it being a pretty busy lobby.

It took much longer than expected to sign the lease papers at the office. It seemed to be fairly busy but the two ladies working didn't seem to have a sense of urgency.
