Yes, I was very happy with the service given, especially when you can walk into an office, be greeted and talk with an actual person and be given personal service for your storage needs. Nick was very helpful and gave great service. The negative down side, was the high price change from online pricing to the actual cost, seemed a little like bait and switch to me. When you are moving you are trying to keep within budget of things without hidden costs and increases or surprises of a higher increase at signing, that is very frustrating to me. The over all experience was great.

I found everyone at the storage unit to be helpful kind and courteous. The cost was reasonable a decent space very clean.

Kieth at Life Storage made my rental experience easy! He was kind, professional, and helpful! He even took my sweet Golden Retriever for a ride on the golf cart. (She is well trained and absolutely loved the social experience!
