So far so good. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m happy with the price for a 10x10x8ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ unit. Construction of facilities and set up are appropriate. Staff has been professional and courteous.
Tara was very helpful and patient. Explaining everything and answering all my questions. A very pleasant person to ease me thru a difficult time.
The lady in the office was super patient with me and answered all of my questions and more. Then when I went to physically sign the paperwork she was just as excellent in person and she kept my 7 year old daughter occupied so I could concentrate on reading and signing
Between double charging my account to raising rent 40.00 every 6 months- and going back on the contract of a locked 6 month price and raising the price after Cube Smart took ownership- the outdoor lot is full of debris- seen mice in the hallways of the interior units- the security gate was broken and left open for months or didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t work properly- and yet charge me 220.00 for a 10 by 10 climate controlled unit- donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rent here-
