My storage unit was broken into. I got a call from the manager 2 weeks after I moved my stuff into a unit that I had no lock on my door. Knowing I absolutely had put one on. So for 2 weeks no one noticed no lock? Because the manager wouldn’t tell me when the units were compromised. Business reports 24 hour surveillance and security and cameras. 2 cameras point at my units door. My unit was ransacked and had many of my things stolen. Manager got smart with me when questioning the security of the facility.

Where they really shine though is the staff. I met with Keith Maxey, the Asst. Manager. He welcomed me in a friendly & professional manner, took time to answer my numerous questions & spoke to me in a way that felt more like i was talking to an old friend than somebody who just wanted to take my money and get me out of there. He explained where my new storage unit is located and came outside to make sure the gate access worked for me. All in all i couldnt have asked for a better experience!
