The two people in the office were friendly and efficient. I cannot remember her name but the gentleman's name was Dana. Coming through a year-long moving process, the day ended up being emotional for me. I have PTSD and was having a meltdown. They were so kind and caring and helped me get through the process. Both had served oversees and seemed to understand what I was going through. As our transaction was finished in the late afternoon, Dana offered to show (by driving his vehicle and me following) the easiest was to avoid the heavy traffic. You will not find many people who would go out of their way to do that. You have some very special people working there and I would highly recommend this facility to any one.

She went above and beyond to make sure I understood all my options and helped me find exactly what I needed without any stress. Her patience and positive attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about their customers the way Lisa does—she was an absolute doll. Highly recommend working with her if you get the chance!

I always felt nervous going to my other storage unit at night - and dirt and debris would always be on my boxes. Not anymore!
Jill BrooksI have to store a lot of household items. I went to Space Shop because they had bigger storage units which are very reasonable!! Kim at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She really took her time showing me around and was great!!! This place is located where the Toys R Us used to be. It is new. Very nice and extremely clean. I love the layout!! I would highly recommend these climate control units!! Price is great, clean, layout, and very friendly staff!!! You have access to your unit from 6 am- 10 pm. Also get 1 free month of rent!! They also sell some moving supplies, locks for the units, boxes, etc!
cathy delvecchioI love the storage space,but recently when trying to add another unit, I got nothing but an argument from the management. Thankfully Melissa from the Massillon Space Shop was extremely helpful and solved my problem in less than 3 mins!! Kudo's to Melissa!! If you want to rent a unit. Use the Massillon Space Shop!!
B “Decal Commander” TKim was so nice and helpful!! She got me setup right away with exactly the right size unit I needed. Rates very reasonable, can see em online! Very convenient getting through the sliding doors to units. The cookies were warm and were a plus! And some cold water to wash it down!
