Easy and efficient
Compared to most storage facilities your prices are very fair. Management was very courteous and answered all my questions. The folder they give you contains all you need and directions to my locker are easy to follow. I also like the fact that management checks on the lockers, ALL the lockers daily.

I love this storage unit, very secure and safe!! Josh is a nice guy and has helped me from the beginning of renting my unit! They take good care of their customers, and keep your property safe!! They're the type of people who will help you in time of financial trouble. The manager is great as well and has been very nice from the start and I remember a time I left my unit open with the lock unlocked and they called me immediately to inform me, instead of just ignoring it! Great place to store your tools, furniture, cars, etc...

Jeff and Josh have been extremely helpful! They have been professional and communicative throughout my stay. They took considerable time to go over options and explain the pricing in detail. They called me when units I needed came available. They reserved a unit while I decided what I needed to do. It was so important that I had 2 units close together! It couldn’t have happened that way without them. Moving is awful, but working with Jeff and Josh made the storage of my things a breeze. There are a lot of choices for storage facilities in Cincinnati. I’m so happy that I chose this one!
