Totally technologic, QR code, a little communication problem with the exact location of the unit. Once that was fixed everything else was a breeze.

Wish I had been given more details...
I was not informed that the unit i rented is not accessible by a larger uhaul truck. I had to park a good distance away from my unit and carry my items. I was not prepared for this, and honestly I would've asked for a different unit had I known this.

Carly SmithThe unit itself is fine. Even though I ordered the unit online and was given access code to move in on a Sunday, the access code was wrong. No one was in the office and no emergency phone number anywhere. So that delayed my move in by a day. Not a big deal but did put a wrench in my plans and I had a uhaul needing to be returned so I had to work extra fast to get moved in by return time. Showed up the next day at 8:40am. Office was supposed to open at 8am. Storage manager did show up and apologized because he had to go to another site to unlock a unit. Manager was friendly and came and took off the lock. Was hoping he would offer a pro rate for the day that I was unable to use the unit but was not offered that. Also, the space between the buildings is super tight. Had I went to the office and got the unit I may have been able to pick one that was easier accessible since I had a 15 ft uhaul and a trailer but we managed fine. An emergency phone line would be helpful for urgent requests. But not a deal breaker.

From experience, when you look for a place to store your treasures, finding a place that cares about your things as much as you can be a challenge. Well, Look no further! This facility is so well cared for, it’s clean, well lit, secure and gave us several options in size and indoor/outdoor options as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and their location (our unit is on Edison) is very centrally located. I would definitely recommend Prestige to my own friends & family.
