Moved in
Had a problem getting through the gate after opening. Fortunately my grandson was in the truck with me and had to get out to open the gate to give me time to drive in. Very little time for getting back into vehicle after punching in the numbers and attempting to drive through before it closed again. If I had been alone I would have not been able to get through in time.
One problem
My only negative issue was the difficulty I had getting in the gate. By the time I entered the code an got back in the truck the gate started closing. Had my grandson not been with me to get back out and reenter it so I could immediately enter I would not have been able to enter

Yes i want say Dennis is a fabulous customer service skills his knowledge is great he offers the troubleshooting in Bill for price discrepancies also keeps the office and laboratory smelling fabulous the hallways to the units are clean and dry it's the snowy season I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage to any of my friends
NancyWhen I got my storage unit 2 years ago.. I was paying $177, today I am paying $302.. the increase is insane. I will be looking for a new space at a different storage facility. I never agreed to this much increase. I just don't understand the robbery.
