The staff is hit and miss on professionalism. Never a steady manager. It’s a revolving door of employees and management. Sporadic issues with accessing the facility accompanied by an unattended office. The staff can be dismissive and will often deflect issues or even blame the customer. Even more peculiar, the oldest review is 4 months old. However, I left a subpar review a year or two ago and it’s gone. They had far more reviews with a much lower rating. I believe they’ve created a new account to start the reviews over.
Alice MansonThe ladies at the front are really both very kind and lovely to deal woth, I always jabber with them everytime I pay and they're sweet as all get ! THEY get a 10/10 ! The unit itself... 🤦♀️ I've had a lot of really random issues... homeless people that rent there trying to trade things they've seen me move into my unit for drugs, the roaches, the guy that followed be from there and started stalking me at work, but... theres been several times where the box has been broken and not allowed me into the building - for days at a time before even ( for a unit i pay $100 for a month and am rarely late and always communicate ) which is my biggest issue. They have no after hours customer service for emergencies, and none outside of the ladies in the office that I've been able to find at all either which gets kind of annoying because as I said, when theres days you can access something you've paid for because of system errors and stuff you should get some sort of compensation or discount and I really dont think the ladies up front even deserve to have to deal with shit like that. Its just really annoying to show up to get something you urgently need during hours of operation and have to suffer without what you went for because of system errors I guess??? I dont even know cause the boxes themselves have been beat in and broken and have no screens for months now so all I know is I paid my bill for the month weeks ago and the door won't open for me right now. And this isn't the first time !!! Some people dont have spaces of their own and can only keep their belongings safe in a storage unit and need to be able to get them when they need them if the business is open... some people are living very limited on funds and have to get ubers and things places and cant afford to waste time and money to still go without direly needed belongings... when you call the number it asks if tou rent and if you have an emergency and if you press the prompt it asks the same question again and when you follow the prompt this time IT HANGS UP ON YOU ! WHAT THE HECK IS THAT !? 🤦♀️ Just really upsetting
