Now the new thing is, though I never put a lock on the unit. Never made it to the second floor because of the elevator was not working. I would have to sign a form, basically accepting responsibility for a lock being on the unit, in order for the to be removed off the unit. Though I never made it to the second floor to witness where the unit was even located. Good stuff! No one ever called me or helped me from 5 days ago, unfortunately the ghost of storage unit 2016 have no desire to come get that lock. I have to play the waiting game for the mystery district manager to decide to do whatever and figure out whatever and see what happens 5 days from now. I will keep you all updated.

Horrible experience. Their helpline was not working. They gave me a storage space upstairs and lift was broken. I tried to call the helpline and couldn’t get hold of them. Then I had to cancel the storage space couple of times and booked again and again. My movers were waiting for an hour because we could not move our stuff in and they ran out of time and had to leave. As a result they charged me for 2 other storage spaces because they didn’t cancel the spaces I reserved earlier. Later on I contacted the property manager to resolve the matter and she was nice to me although the corporate was extremely unfriendly.

Angela at Public Storage is such a delight to work with and truly takes the time to listen to her customers. Leaving your belongings in a facility can be overwhelming, it is nice to know that someone is on sight at the facility, making sure it is secure!

I wasn’t going to write a review, I just wanted my money back and was going to move on but after just getting a phone call from some woman accusing me of accessing the storage unit, putting a lock on it and lying about it as if it isn’t camera throughout the building, I must warn everyone else. I rented a unit on Thursday of last week, Friday I tried moving things in but the elevator wasn’t working. The touch screen monitor inside the building wasn’t really working I had to use the handicap bottoms to reach an agent. She tried calling a property manager, they didn’t answer nor showed up to fix the issue. While I was there, a young lady unit got broken into, the cops came and everything. Property manager still didn’t show up, that told me everything. The following day I came back to see if the elevator was fixed (my unit on the second floor) it wasn’t fix. Nobody came. So I called Public storage and requested a refund. I had to fight with them multiple times only to find out I have to wait on the nonexistent property manager, great! Now I get the accusatory phone call this morning! I never accessed the unit, I was never able to reach the second floor! No one ever showed up! This has been a nightmare!
