Great customer experience
Was able to do everything online: reservation, payment, instructions about how to access. I even cancelled the insurance that I didnt need. All without human intervention! Access to unit was easy in, easy out. Right off Sawmill. Property manager was responsive to a question I had. Got right back to me.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. It has been a complete nightmare. I have a vent dependent daughter and any of this getting into her airway WILL be life or death. I have brought this to their attention on multiple occasions and was told by different property managers that there is nothing that corporate will do to resolve this issue and it is my responsibility because they recommend that I cover my items. I was never told this, or I would have never rented here. All of my things are completely covered. How am I supposed to clean this without risking my safety let alone my daughter’s health and bring this into my apartment? How am I supposed to clean my cloth furniture? I refuse to believe that I am at a complete loss. This is completely unacceptable.
Dakota SweetGood location about the only good thing I can say. If you get one of their older units it has fire retardant all over the ceiling and will fall and coat your stuff. Was told to cover it with plastic… not really what I’m paying for when I’m renting an interior storage unit. Also fully expect the price to jump by month 6
