Charlene JurkoshekWhile the units are reasonably priced and easy to use, the security sucks. Of the three sets of doors only one set is usable. Another set is locked out of order and the third set is broken open. Anyone can get in or out anytime of day. I suspect this would make the insurance we are forced to pay invalid if things were missing! FIX THE DOORS!!! And while you are at it, sweep up the garbage! P.S. I came in stressed, confused, and questioning all my life choices that led to me needing a storage unit… and Alex handled it like a pro. He explained everything clearly, didn’t make me feel dumb for askingw 67 questions, and somehow made renting a storage unit feel like a VIP experience. The place is clean, organized, and doesn’t have that “mystery smell” some storage places have (huge bonus). But honestly, Alex is the real 5 stars here. The true alpha pro. Give this man a raise, a promotion, or at least a really good lunch. 10/10
