Andre SteeleThe customer service rep was very polite she did her job quite well however, I was alarmed to find that Spirit Box Storage went up on my rent. I wasn't properly notified in advance and this is not how you do business if you properly inform me I would have been able to make better arrangements for payment. They just changed my storage unit as of the first of this month which I just got paid today which is the 4th but it's almost $70 more with taxes this is unacceptable. So on one end your customer service rep did a great job answering my questions about why my storage rent went extremely on the high side without notification. My storage unit is almost the amount of an apartment which is ridiculous I feel
