Had a little miscommunication at first, but called Sparefoot personally and the lady on the other end was amazing and took care of my problems.

My experience with touring this company's facilities was very good it basically had everything we were looking for except the biggest thing that ultimately made our decision not to go further with actually renting a unit was there is no 24/7 access to our belongings. Otherwise everything seemed clean and fair.
I have 2 units there. Might get a 3rd. Very happy so far.
