While unloading car a gentleman came around on a golf cart and asked if I had any questions. Cameras all around to see the entire place. Will be perfect for what I need it for. Would recommend

Amber Burdette⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ty deserves a raise and probably a trophy for customer service 😂 Ty was amazing from start to finish. Ty walked me through everything, helped me get into my unit, showed me how to use the app, and answered all 9,000 of my questions without a single ounce of judgment (which is more than I can say for my husband 😆). Ty was super friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helped me figure out exactly what size unit I needed without trying to talk me into something bigger than I needed. The spunky, energetic attitude honestly made the whole experience way better than I expected because let’s be real… renting a storage unit is not usually the highlight of anyone’s day 😂 And bonus: the place is actually CLEAN, which sadly is not always the case with storage facilities. 5 stars all the way. If you get lucky enough to have Ty help you, make sure you leave a review too so the bosses — or whoever signs the checks 😆 — know what an awesome employee they have!
