Jonathan PerrymanAfter initially talking with the customer service department about how large of a difference there was between current rent prices and what I was getting charged (almost double) and their best offer was a discount of 7%, I was ready to pack up and find a new storage unit. I spoke with Crystal on the phone and then met her at the location and learned she had just recently taken over the new public storage in Moraine. I explained to her the situation and how customer service essentially didn't care, I was really dreading moving my entire storage unit but it would have been worth the savings, thankfully Crystal heard my concern and straightened everything out for us in less than 24 hours, I'm ready showed me if we ever have any problems in the future to speak with her directly and she would do her best to find a fast and acceptable solution.
