Bethany RamosWe’ve been renting since September and we were charged twice in December. When I brought this to their attention, they said they only show one payment and to contact my bank for any discrepancies. My bank reversed one of the charges and I have been fighting with Cubesmart ever since. I have provided them with the documents they requested, and no one will return calls or emails. They have locked me out of my storage unit. I will never do business with Cubesmart again. It’s unfortunate that so many businesses are quick to sign you up and take your money, but refuse to resolve issues promptly, or at least follow up with their customers.

Todd StevensFor the most part, a good experience. Started at one location looking for a climate controlled unit. They didn’t have one so they referred me to another of their properties about 2 miles away that had what I needed. Awesome. What I didn’t like was a little lack of transparency. I had talked to them over the phone and had an appointment to sign DOCS. What I was not told upfront was that they provide a lock ($19.95 fee) and that I am required to pay them $16 a month for their insurance. When asked about my own insurance, they said they would waive their fee once I provided my proof of insurance. It would have been nice to know these things prior to me showing up.

Clean unit was ready for me with a welcome bag and all the information I could need! Spoke with the manager and he was very helpful and friendly
