Mona was awesome. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. Storage unit was clean, climate controlled, and easy to access. Highly recommended.
Mona was very patient and had noticed there were a couple of times Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve change the move in date. I was running away from my abusive ex and she was already waiting an extra 15 minutes after closing since I had no idea that day the office closed at 12:00 p.m. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m unfortunately a domestic violence victim and when I sent her a text explaining how my ex had no clue of anything but noticed I was moving some things to a storage unit. He insisted on driving me and had already messed up major events in my life by driving and getting lost. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m afraid on this day even though my mother had also just passed away he could not hide his selfish ways and tried to make me miss my already late appointment. I even told him that itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the last one and how badly I needed some of my things put away since my stuff started missing all of the sudden. The stuff I have left is ALL I got he knows Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve lost everything since my last ex decided to give away all of my things just because I had enough of his abuse as well. I of course never made it to the BMV that morning because he again made me miss my appointment and was ready willing to give his instead Mona caught on fast and advised me to bring my ID the next day of course all so quietly! I have been praying for an angel for years now or someone with some compassion! I had lost so much faith in humanity and I promise you I have been fighting for them all my life and yet Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve never had one person really show me how to much they care for me. Mona not only made me smile for the first time in months she reminded me that although this horrible time in my life seems like itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s going to never end itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s truly not the case! Shoot! Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been trying to get a storage unit for the last 2 years! Although it took a long time I now have it and soon Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ll be off to my brand new start and brand new life and all because Mona showed me that she had my back! She made a major impact on me that day!
