It was very easy to review dimensions and prices of available units. After deciding on a unit, I was able to complete the preliminary rental process online. I received follow-up phone calls from Public Storage asking if I had any questions. Completion of the rental agreement at the site was very quick. Amy provided great customer service - quick, efficient, friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this business for your storage needs.
meredith lehnenWe moved from out of town. I had reserved a storage unit a month before moving and called to confirm a couple weeks before arrival. I was assured everything was fine. Once our moving van arrived, which was a Sunday, I drove to Public Storage to walk the unit. I was told they had no availability. Nothing! I had a 53’ moving van arriving with absolutely nowhere to put our items. And being a Sunday, most other storage places were closed. We ended up having most of our boxes and other items delivered to our apartment and had to live ridiculously cramped for 9 months. What good is a reservation if it can’t guarantee a unit?
