Clean, pleasant manager, easy to get to, good price.
The unit was clean, the lock was ready in the unit and the customer service was excellent
Very friendly and clean storage.
I was happy at first when I called to set up for a 1 Bedroom Apartment, then once I arrived 3 minutes to 5:30 PM the person on duty had left obviously. When I called the 24-hr. line the Lady was so nice gave me all the information, I needed to get my unit. Once inside the gates it took me 1/2 hr. to locate my unit. I was not happy with the so called 1 Bedroom Unit it is more like a small sized Apartment Kitchen mind you the kitchen is approximately 5X10. This is not the size of a 1 Bedroom Apartment. I am so disappointed for the amt. of money I paid I could have gone somewhere else for the amt. of money spent. The driveways around the units NEED TO BE FIXED so no one's cars get damaged with all those potholes. Next move hopefully by the end of October will be into a House that I have room to move to go through my belongings. Next time I shall hope the person you deal with will be able to better explain over the phone he corrects size of the units!! Along with being at the property exactly till 5:30 PM.
