Unbeliveable
I was happy at first when I called to set up for a 1 Bedroom Apartment, then once I arrived 3 minutes to 5:30 PM the person on duty had left obviously. When I called the 24-hr. line the Lady was so nice gave me all the information, I needed to get my unit. Once inside the gates it took me 1/2 hr. to locate my unit. I was not happy with the so called 1 Bedroom Unit it is more like a small sized Apartment Kitchen mind you the kitchen is approximately 5X10. This is not the size of a 1 Bedroom Apartment. I am so disappointed for the amt. of money I paid I could have gone somewhere else for the amt. of money spent. The driveways around the units NEED TO BE FIXED so no one's cars get damaged with all those potholes. Next move hopefully by the end of October will be into a House that I have room to move to go through my belongings. Next time I shall hope the person you deal with will be able to better explain over the phone he corrects size of the units!! Along with being at the property exactly till 5:30 PM.

I took my time and evaluated mini storage units. I came to the conclusion that I was very successful. Going to extra storage on Heisley Boulevard in Mentor Ohio not only was Nick extremely accommodating. The facility is very clean and I’m very impressed. I will keep my things here and recommend him to everybody that I know.
Kristyn WaterwashNicholas was very helpful! I called to ask questions about available units and how it worked to rent one and he explained the entire process from start to finish. My moving plans changed and got postponed so I didn’t need the space anymore and when I called and spoke with Nicholas again, he was so kind and understanding and didn’t hesitate to help me out! I will definitely be using this place in the future, because kindness and good customer service go a LONG WAY!

Andrew YNicholas was very helpful. I expressed during my sign up that I left my previous storage facility due to excessive raising of the fees (4x a year). He stated that fees will increase (I'm aware as I've used storage on and off for years so I know it will) but not go up that many times per year. I just started my 6th month and got my 1st fees increase, it went up a whopping 86%!! That is outrageous! I figured maybe it would go up 20% or maybe 30%, but never did I expect my rate to damn near double in its first rate adjustment! If you need storage for short term, you should be fine. But if this is a glimpse into the future, my rate increases 86% each time, I could put that money towards building an add on to my garage! Yikes!
