This place is a joke. Trying to find new place next few days. In 8 months had 2 rent increases started at 89 now paying 140 and in the wet grass dont even have concrete on my side. Never plow it in winter. And good luck getting ahold of a,manager they all foreign and no manager on site place is a real bs place. Been waiting 3 days for call back cause rent went from 124 to 140 in 3 months yet again. If you want unexpected rent increases every 3-4 mpnths go here. Save your $$ go somewhere that has on site manager and wont jump rent every month

Bianca was so helpful tonight when I got to the unit. I.prepaid for a 10x10 but really only need a 5x10. She made the switch immediately and helped me with getting there lock off so I could put mine on. I highly recommend this place they are cheaper than the ones a few buildings down.

Ive had my current unit for 7 months, the rent has increased by $20 twice already. My previous unit increased by $35 within 5 months. I am currently looking at a new facility. Would not recommend. I was asked to call and speak with them after my review. I called and was told that the storage mgr would get back with me. Well, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back. I have tried on at least three other occasions to speak with the manager, but my calls were never returned.

Horrible!!! They take from their tenants. I moved out of 2 units on the 12/13, movers did it for me and due to insurance issues they could not bring my full propane tank. So I went back to get it and there were locks on the units already (maintenance put on them) had to call and wait to have them removed when I did my propane tank was gone. Maintenance man said wasn't there (which it was I have 3 movers who told me) then he said it was outside of unit which wasn't true then offered to pay for it (kinda seems suspicious to me) I have called multiply times and told i will get a call from manager and still have not received that call as of 12/28/2023. They take from their tenants! Even maintenance guy showed my husband what they have taking from units already may be defaulted units but still should not take from them. Wonder why they do not have auctions thats why!!! I just want my full propane tank back how hard is that? I paid my bill on time, if this is how you treat your clients then I will tell everyone I can not to use them just a horrible experience. I am suppose to send my pics I am moved out but they won't call me to fix what was taking from me, they have cameras...
