Joan HayesI am giving 5 STARS to BRAD the manager at the CubeSmart at 28429 Lorain Road. He couldn't have been nicer! And he was professional and help me with everything and explained patiently and courteously everything I had a question about. Brad was wonderful and terrific! I have heard from some other users however that prices do tend to go up rapidly and repeatedly. So BRAD gets 5 stars but CubeSmart the company might only get a 2 or 3. Time will tell...
