No complaints very clean and love that there is an elevator to get to the second floor
Customer service was great. I was shown around the facility and where different entrances were. The unit is spacious and clean. The only thing was there were no carts available on the first floor. Not sure where they all were. Luckily our unit isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t far from a door to carry heavy items in.
Much less expensive and an actual human greets you!
I’ve had my storage unit for 3 days now and I’ve been there 3 times, never saw 1 employee. I’ve called 8 times and I’ve only talked with 1 employee 1 time. The first time I was there, I couldn’t even find the unit because it was in a different part of the building (the mezzanine) which I had no idea about because the link to their map they emailed, doesn’t work. I had no idea if I’m parked in the right place or if there’s an easier way to go. The cargo elevator is very small on that side, not even big enough to fit the cart. Other than that….. the entire building is very clean, oversized garage door that would fit literally any vehicle, and my unit was cleaned and inspected before I got there and that employee did a great job! Don’t know if I’ll stay another month after this or not tbh.
