I own a unit in Etna , I call the phone number provided for the Etna location. Most of the time I speak to Josh , he is great to work with resolves all issues the FIRST time . ( If any arise, as I don't have many issues ) Working with Josh makes it so easy to rent from Prestige. Josh understands that I prefer to call and make my payments by phone every month with a representative instead of automated. Just today I brought up an issue with the hatch of my unit . Within 5 minutes he called me back with a resolution . Over all best storage I have ever rented from ! Not only does having great employees help, but also has nice amenities. Thank you Josh ! Thank you prestige for hiring Josh !!!
