From the day I went and signed the paperwork and seen the facility the move-in process all of that has been absolutely amazing. thank you very much.

It was convenient to be able to reserve the desired unit on line before the actual transaction. We were searching for units not too far from the residence. There doesn't seem to be too many of the larger units available, We were glad that SROA held our choice until we could complete the transaction. This is our first week and everything has gone smoothly so far.

I just moved in last week and have no complaints, the unit is true to size and prices are good to start but I can't speak to how the service and prices will be over time. It's important to note that the price you are quoted is not going to be your monthly bill because insurance is required which is at least $9/month. I would have liked to know that ahead of time but overall I am still satisfied with the price. I ran into a neighboring tenant who had been there longer and had some issues where they were abruptly asked to switch units, but I don't know any details beyond that and hope it is not common.

Very pleasant experience I was running late of the time the facility closed and I called and told the owner i was on my way,And she waited for me and took the time with me to make sure that i was renting the right size unit, and I'm glad she did because the one i ordered ahead of time would have been to small she explained everything that was pertinent to me renting the unit and you could really tell she takes pride in her facility and the people who rent storage unit from her.Thank you for all your help! It was a pleasure for me.

This storage location is secluded and out of the city so I chose it over a suspiciously cheap competitor closer to the city. I can rest easy knowing that my furniture is safe and sound. It's not the fanciest place, but that's really what I prefer. Good value and Dee is a great customer service rep.
