I told him exactly what I needed (and I was being pretty picky about it), and he didn't hesitate to clear up all my confusion and point me in the right direction. Amazing customer service, and a very clean / well maintained facility. I highly recommend using this location!

My mom and I were in need of a storage unit and we called around and found this one which had nice competitive rates and was very clean. We purchased our lock from them and got our unit that met our needs and received the codes we needed to enter the building. The process was seamless and easy with very nice staff. The area is nice and centrally located with shopping and food choices available very close by and even has a car wash in the same lot now. It feels very safe and secure and clean. I recommend them for your storage needs.

We found JustStorage on Richmond Road and we are not disappointed. Eric was a wonderful help right away. He is so nice, friendly, very amazing and helps with everything. He heard about our nonprofit Sweet dreams for kids that we give new pajamas to kids in hospitals and loved what we do. Everyone else at the storage unit is so nice and very friendly. Everything is clean and easy to find. If you are looking for a storage unit you should go with JustStorage you will not be sorry about it.

I moved out after two weeks and rented at a place that charged more. I had to drag all my things to my unit, because every time I came in to move, there were no carts. It also took about an hour to sign my lease and it was a huge facility that I had to walk in circles before I found my unit. I wish I knew the lady’s name, but she was never really helpful. When she wanted to tell me something on the day I moved in, she wouldn’t even walk to me. She was yelling at me from far away that I couldn’t understand what she was saying regarding the lock. And on another day she saw me, she didn’t say a word, not a hello or anything. This was much better years ago. Also, with the construction, the entrance closest to my unit was closed so I had to take the back door to drag all my things without a cart. I wish I could say I had a great experience, but I didn’t. I see that some people have had good things to say, which makes me wonder what it is that made staff not treat me the same way. The only good thing was the customer service over the phone. They handled my move out and answered my questions promptly.
