Very convenient to rent storage unit
Amazed!
When I started looking for a storage room I was taken aback by the prices a lot of companies charge. They're empty spaces and they charge you like they're giving you access to fort Knox. Thanks to a friend I inadvertently stumbled across KO Storage of Springfield. I still can't believe how little I'm paying for my storage unit. The facility is extremely clean, my unit is spotless and so it's overhead door that I have to access to get into the unit. My interactions with your customer service staff has been exceptionally helpful, in this day and age of outsourcing customer service reps, it is extremely refreshing. I am a real person who is stating what my experiences with this company. I'm not a bot definitely not AI, just a guy. I definitely would recommend this place to a friend. Do your own research and check them out.

The facility at 3757 Troy Rd, Springfield, OH is a poorly maintained property with security issues. Automatic entry gate is regularly broken and stuck open for days. Today noticed a alternate gate that surrounds rear of property was open about a foot. I then realized NONE of the multiple 10+ non entry gates that are installed around property even have locks on them. At least they don't have problems with collecting the customers rent.... There is no way that this is not a systemic problem with this company across multiple facilities.

JoshEffective customer service is my main reason for this review. I’ve even had an incident of a break in years back before the fence was finished. Insurance paid quickly, videos were to German Township within hours of full detail, and nonstop follow up investigating themselves. They are gangster about the payment. FAFO if you miss a month 😂
Garrett WarnerPlace is an absolute joke. Have had service here for about a month and a half. Pay extra money for security (Electric Gate) which was wide open for the first 3 weeks of renting my unit. Then go to use the gate with a truck and trailer full of stuff to empty into the unit and the gate wont open. Call the number and they say they will put in a service request. Come back the next day after never receiving a “follow up” call with a truck load of shit and still can’t get it. Call the number again and get the same exact answer. “We put in a request for service but will have to follow up again tomorrow.” Will DEFINITELY be relocating once I can finally get to my unit.
