The only thing I would have changed is the actual unit. There are 2 holes in the door and it hadn't been swept out in quite a while. I was going to ask for a different unit, but after the drive from Texas to Ohio I was exhausted and just moved my stuff in so I could return the rental truck on time. Customer Service is great.
