The pricing model here is honestly a complete joke. I started renting my unit at $99/month. Within a short time it increased to $169, and now it’s $264/month. That’s nearly triple the original price. Everyone understands that a promotional rate may eventually increase. One adjustment would be understandable. But multiple increases within a relatively short time frame starts to feel like a tactic rather than normal market pricing. People are busy. Once you’ve already moved all your belongings into storage, the company knows that moving everything again is a huge inconvenience, and the repeated increases seem to rely on that fact. When I called to discuss the latest increase before canceling, there was no attempt to work with me or retain the customer, just the same explanation that it reflects “market rates.” Customers should simply be aware of how quickly the price can escalate after move-in. There are locally owned storage facilities in the area with much more stable pricing, and I would strongly recommend looking into those first. Boardman Oh

Jenny was great. Took me around the property and showed me the unit. She took the time to explain the process to me as I have never stored anything before. She was really knowledgeable and friendly.

Just so helpful I was helping my family member with a last minute situation where storage was necessary it was already 430 and the good people working got me a storage unit within 15 minutes I was totally shocked that it was that easy

I was very happy with the beginning rate that I was given . However, I was not informed at the time of signing up that it was a promotional rate. After 4 months the rent increased from 58 dollars to 150 a month. That is the only reason I left. The unit was clean, dry, easily accessible... the staff was always friendly when I needed them. They provided all necessary info that I needed to access my unit without their help, but was pleasent friendly and helpful when I did need them. If it wasn't for the cost, I would still be there!!!
