Ok rental
This facility is strictly done by phone only, there’s no office which can be inconvenient. I dont like to do everything by phone. The bill has 3 different taxes that get charged but no idea what they’re all for. No issues with the unit itself, holds my stuff, it’s clean. I do wish it was a 24 hour unit though- there are times I’ve needed in past the closing time and I’ve had to wait until the next day to get what I needed. Overall it’s ok.

Markings for outdoor parking are confusing or otherwise ilegible. Customer service rep hung up on us.
