Dan was extremely friendly and helpful during the initial renting experience! He was very thoughtful and made sure everything was explained clearly and that the code worked to the gate before I left. He even took me to the unit personally to make sure it was clean. It had minimal debris and as I left he said he would personally clean it to his liking! He called me about an hour later to let me know it was clean and ready to move in. The next day as I was moving things into the unit he stopped by to ask how things were going and even helped me move some items into the unit! He is a great guy and his customer service is superior! Very pleased!

Wow! Out of all the storages I've had over my life time this place is the best. Dan was so helpful and thoughtful. This man definitely needs a raise. What a hard working person. Public storage is definitely blessed in having him as an employee.

I purchased a unit online at a specific rate which had more than doubled recently. I didn’t see anything about it being promotional. I also didn’t see any mention of a promo in my agreement, but it did say it was subject to change so you can say they were “covered”. I did get a “heads up” notice. Initially this would have been a 1-Star but Dan saved it! Dan was extremely helpful! He helped explain what had happened and was able to make some last minute adjustments for me. Although i don’t have the original price offered, Dan did help.
