The rent was raised to $244 for a 10x20 unit. They show on the website for$119. Once you are in rates start increasing. I decided to move out. They had put their locks on the back doors. I called three times to get them removed. I was told they would contact the property manager this never happened . I was there one day and a manager from Yukon was in the kiosk area, thanks to her the locks were removed . It only took 10 days. While cleaning the unit out, spiders everywhere and several dead rats So much for pest resistant that I was told about before moving in. We were broken in once several years ago The front latch was bent. The facility manager made a note that I had bent the latch, they never replaced it. They better not try to charge me for this.
dallas dyeClean and easily accessible facility however, their website is down frequently, you can not change your password, the system forgets your email to set up an account as the same time they can email you rate increases. So frustrating but they do the typical things you expect from storage unit facilities.
Jay KayHORRIBLE. They will randomly turn off autopay and not call you when payments get missed. All of my books got horribly water damaged. Some of which I can't replace. Every single item had spiders and scorpions inside despite being sealed and rent goes up every few months. For the smallest unit with no climate control, they are charging me over 70 dollars a month. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Tanner SageNo way to look at unit before hand, flying crickets everywhere including in the units, people show up and sweep that’s all you get, if you have questions use you’re best judgment because the customer service will tell you things and then the company does different things
