Great Customer Service & Great Units
Zach the property manager was super helpful throughout the entire process! He compared rates for the several available storage units and even held the gate open for me so i could drive my uhaul and my car through the storage entrance. The unit itself had lighting in the hallways and the storage unit, with ceiling high spaces in the 10x10. I would 100% recommend this place. Extra Space Storage was the company I was using first, but after the tornado damage causing the building to close down for weeks, I chose this public storage norman location as a great replacement!

Sharing as a new tenant. Just moved in (February 2026) and enjoy the features provided including the app gate access, insulated ceilings in the unit, and location. I really hope they are not like the others where they continually raise the rates frequently (reason we left our other storage unit). Not sure what happened to “lock in your rate” approach where people can budget in a known expense without worrying the rate will change. I’ll update in 6 months (August 2026) if they too do this practice of changing rates frequently, which will push tenants out. For now, 5 stars!
