Ashley the property manager was very helpful very quick I enjoyed talking with her and helping to have a long time store space rental with her and the price was very good.
Property managers customer service was very excellent price for the unit was very very good location of the storage is very easy to get to very clean property thank you for letting me store my property there.
Brian the property manager is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs as person and not just a customer. He didn't try to sell you anything you don't need, he didn't try to rush you into making a decision(like if you don't reserve this unit now it won't be available in 5 minutes) type thing, nor was there any pressure, and most of all he wasn't overly persistent like most of the people I dealt with at storage facilities. The property is clean and we'll maintained and price for the space is outstanding. Really all you have to do is see the property, have him quote you a rate, and this facility pretty much sells itself!
Amy at the NW 10th and Meridian location was on her game. Very prompt at calling me back, courteous and kind. It was such a breath of fresh air to get some good customer service... its been so long. Prices reasonable ( I priced all in my area and gouging is definitely happening right now). It was just NICE to have a good experience for once and good human interaction. on a scale of 1-10, I give it a 15.
I live just two miles away and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to run down the street to grab things or drop off more things. The customer service is great. Good communication and notifies immediately of any changes.
