Awesome Place
Debra the manager lives on site where there is a electronic locking gate, security cameras and plenty of space to drive around. Very friendly, super helpful and even accepts mail for tenants which is very beneficial for me as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m a truck driver for a living. You just canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat the price with the amenities that you get here. I highly recommend this place

Trinity AnneIf you’re looking to get a uhaul from this location 10000000% would not recommend. Got there within pick up time but they decided to take a lunch at 12 instead of 1 (posted lunch hours) so we had to sit and wait for an hour and a half just to get our uhaul.
s headaboveHad a reservation for U-Haul truck. Showed up and said they didn’t have one for us and that we must be at the wrong location. We were at the right spot. Big boy was wrong. Wouldn’t do business here! Reply: my wife called earlier this morning and talked to someone about the rental for today. And someone from the U-Haul office just called and asked about the rental as well and was unsure why we were not able to rent a truck. I don’t know
Trina KlausDO NOT HAVE AMERICAN STORAGE AS YOUR STORAGE!!!! First of all, they make you pay for insurance for stuff you don't need to be insured. The driveway has BIG pot holes that you cannot avoid. It can ruin your car, they don't care, but yet your paying all this money. Then here is the kicker. I had payments that were automatically taken out. My payment was paid on May 9th and I no longer needed the storage, and cleaned it out on May 17th. I called today to get some money back because I paid till June 9th. They will not give me money back!! James, who was there, told me I will not receive any money back because they only do 4 days and I missed it. I asked him, so I paid for a month that I will not be using? He said yes. They will STEAL you blind!! DON’T EVER USE AMERICAN STORAGE FOR STORAGE!!
Nicole BerryI've been a customer here for about 6 months now & im very pleased. The prices are great & the storage facility is always very clean. The manager lives on site & is a sweetheart. She's very helpful whenever I need anything. I do wish the gates stayed open longer daily but it's nice that they do close & stay locked. I've never had any problems here.
