the customer service is excellent! The only thing I didn’t like was it seemed sort of dark. My storage was right next to the fence so maybe that’s why it seemed dark but the lights in the storage doesnt work either. That is my only complaint.

Very nice staff, check in EXTREMELY easy. Answered my many questions about the property, including security, with honesty and ease. And patience. I've lived in a lot states and seen a lot of things! The 15 x10 climate controlled indoor unit was easy to get to, cool, doors worked, great value. I'm happy. It feels very private there which I like too, so feel more relaxed while sorting out my life and biz. Other customers were quiet and respectable, felt safe on property. Hours are not 24/7 but prefer that so no overnight break-ins etc into units. My only gripe was I did have an inside climate controlled unit & noticed a bunch of dead crickets inside my unit and in the hallways, but it's OK. Was hoping maybe it would have been swept or something before I moved in. I guess make sure to bring some glue traps for your unit & a broom. Also no rolling carts, so bring your own from walmart or costco or something if you're not moving in one-shot with a u-haul.
