Very convenient to our home snd easy access to the facility
Customer service was great as I was informed about the special rate I was offered. The customer service averaged about the same as another storage facility I had used in the past. However, only 3 short months into the usage of this facility was I informed of an astronomical increase. The rental increase surpassed that of both the standard unit price reviewed and listed as well as the current rate being offered to new comers. There is no loyalty incentive, leaving me feeling bamboozled. Perhaps it should be made contractual with a specified length listed up front to make such payments and agreements fairer in use and expectation. Nothing in the world should be corrupt but at some point there should be some businesses to step up becoming more dignified, truly serving the people.
