Was very simple to rent unit!
Went online rented unit 10 minutes later pulled up to gate to find my access was already active. Unit was super clean, there was a lock inside each unit surprised the he'll out of me. Great job! Would rent from them again, and would recommend them to friends and family for SURE!

Nice , safe place
I rated this a 3 because I've called 4 times and spoke with customer service about an issue the day I was checking in. They stated that they did not have the ability to make the change I needed and still need that they would contact the owner and have them get in touch with me. It's been 3 days , still no contact. The issue I'm having is , there is a car parked on the side of the lot I rented and then a light pile on the other. Couldn't get it in there and tried to change lots but no one has contacted me. I want to change lots due to me having to move the plastic out of the way from the empty lot beside.mine just to fit mine in .

Grace HolderThe facility is not made for large household furniture. It's not weather proof at all. They do have medium and small units that might work. Its best for boats, RVs, and trailers.
