My family and I had an excellent experience here with Fairview Storage. The unit was clean and easily accessible. As you can see in the pictures, the security cameras cover just about every inch of the facility. Through the app, we had keyless entry into our unit and the property offered onsite amenities such as a hand washing station and restroom. The store in the office is well stocked with almost everything you could need for storage and moving. Normally, I would want a storage unit close to my home for convenience , but after the excellent service we had, I would go out of my way to store my valuables here again.

Kurt is amazing! I’m not sure if he owns the business or if he just manages it but he has always been a pleasure to work with. When I came in to pay my bill late in cash, he was completely understanding and threw me NO shade! He was super informative answering my questions on swapping from a drive up unit to an inside unit. I told him that I would look at all my options and get back to him and in no way did he pressure me to stay with their company or try to haggle me on cost comparison to other facilities. I often see him outside, cleaning up trash or blowing leaves, he takes a lot of pride in his facility. It is always top-notch clean! Hands down has the safest feel to it, and the security of the property has been top-tier in comparison to what all the other facilities in the Portland Metro area provide. The unique Bluetooth entry makes it almost flawless to access your unit. Unless of course your phone dies… I have never seen people lingering about in their units, I have never seen any questionable folks around, and that has been very important to me beings that I have experienced four of my storage units (different facilities and at random) over the last 10 years, be broken into by Portland’s finest scumbags. When you enter the property, you get an immediate sense of people who care about this business! 100/10 Would recommend you to store your prize possessions at this facility!

Very friendly staff, Kurt has been very pleasant and helpful since I moved in. He has went above and beyond to help me with a situation that I am beyond grateful for. Very clean, quiet and well organized property. Really enjoy the convenience of the app and ability to share access if needed. Highly recommend this facility! Thank you!

I have to give 5 stars I went there after the time allowed and completely unloaded my storage truck into my storage the owner showed up wondering what the heck we were doing but it was obvious we had zero clue I had thought it was 24hr access told my movers that but thankful enough he was super cool gave us another 45 min to get things squared away. Most places would never have been so accommodating he was wonderful and the price is great as well! Thanks again happy holidays

Truck broke down while at the storage facility with my mother and dog. Couldn’t get it running before the gates closed at 10:00 pm unfortunately. I felt really bad for inconveniencing the facility and also helpless due to AAA not being able to get inside the gate past closing time ….but management came to check things out which lets me know the place is secure…. and ultimately came out and helped me get back on the road and safely out of the facility! Great customer service. Very thankful. Highly recommend to store your belongings safely and securely.
