I had a great experience with Public Storage. The facility is very clean, well maintained, and feels safe every time I visit. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, and they made the whole process quick and easy from the beginning. Customer service was excellent, they answered all my questions and helped me choose the right unit size without trying to oversell. Access to the storage unit is convenient, and the property is always in good condition. I definitely recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free storage place. I would use them again without hesitation
Alan WMy rent has doubled over the course of 6 months. It's ridiculous to raise the rent by so much. Last time I rented a unit from public storage the lock hasp was broken, so I couldn't even lock it and rented at this location instead. 2 mistakes made. App never works to opem gate either, all of this is very annoying. Never doing business with this company again, they are worse than a predatory lender.
