Easy move in and account setup

This was the same woman who was so nice on the phone. Some of us are not with the times, cell phone experienced, and some do not use one any way. I was at the door knocking when Marcy answered, letting me know she was on the phone, so I pooled up a chair to sit down. She called me over to the counter like I was bothering. She pulled out the contract. I started reading, and she told me it was a Standard contract. While I was reading it she kept talking, helping me to loose my train of thought. The one I was going to get 10x10 was 109.00, the price with all of this is117.47. The new one I wanted was 10x5 for $69.99. I don't I know why this one was so high compared to the larger unit. I wanted a copy of the contract. She didn't like that I wrote the units number. Her voice was snappy, I requested a copy of the contract, and she couldn't give me one. I wanted a copy, and now I know why. Maybe because I am a baby boomer or a senior citizen, and she doesn't like us. She had plenty of time to come out and watch us thru the whole ordeal. I us to work at Burger King in the 80s and some of the 90s. I went to beauty school in 1991 and obtained my license, and worked at it for 17 years. If I acted like that I would be called on the carpet at Burger King, and I wouldn't have made any customer come to me with her attitude. I may have to find the head office and ask them while these charges are on there. Maybe they would have the time to explain what is going on.
