From the first day I rented the storage unit the staff was professional, courteous, and addressed every concern with no delays. The facility was clean and secure and never had any issues. The only reason I moved out was I found an affordable house and no longer needed a storage unit. The move out process was very easy. I will definitely do business with TS again if needed.
I've been with Troutdale Airport Storage for a few years and they have never raised my rent. The last place I was at would raise my rent 2-3 times a years and I had to leave. I've never had any issues with T.A.S.
