From the first day I rented the storage unit the staff was professional, courteous, and addressed every concern with no delays. The facility was clean and secure and never had any issues. The only reason I moved out was I found an affordable house and no longer needed a storage unit. The move out process was very easy. I will definitely do business with TS again if needed.
They (unlike the last place I went to in Sandy) have never raised my price
I've been with Troutdale Airport Storage for a few years and they have never raised my rent. The last place I was at would raise my rent 2-3 times a years and I had to leave. I've never had any issues with T.A.S.

I was in need of some trailer storage and knowing that these available spots don’t come up often. I was so impressed when Troutdale Storage called me immediately from my email inquiry, letting me know that one was coming open. After a couple phone calls, I was able to secure the available storage spot over the phone and Internet and couldn’t be happier. The staff was incredibly courteous and the process was seamless. The facility is spot free and I’m very happy with my decision. They also offer a bit of a discount if you pay for a few months in advance.
Crystal MajorDiane was wonderful made sure we cleaned out unit stayed after to make sure we had it all loaded and even asked if we had to use the restroom or needed water before closing the office. What a wonderful company and business made the experience so worth it. She is absolutely amazing and an asset to the company. Dr. HagglefesterAfter working in the Troutdale area for about four years, I finally found a storage solution that best fit my requirements, in Troutdale Storage. They are located across the airport from where I worked, up until about a year and a half ago. The bus line runs close by, so getting there solo is not an issue. Even when personnel are not there physically, they are monitoring the cameras constantly. The units are clean and the clientele are respectful. A hotel is adjacent to the back of the property which I've stayed at when I haven't been traveling. It's a short walk from the premises. The prices are reasonable for the area, and remain constant over my two and a half year stay. I only wish I was able to secure a unit earlier. The facility is well maintained, and other renters, in my experience, are better than average, so there is no shenanigans to have to deal with. I no longer work in the area, but the majority of my storage business remains with Troutdale Storage.

I would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone look to store their belongings in a safe, secure location. The manager Carrie is phenomenally helpful. The storage units are very well maintained whether it's an inside unit or one of the larger units that opens from outside. I also appreciate the security gate and fences that surround the property. I feel safe while I'm there working in the storage unit. Management has been very responsive to any questions we may have about the storage unit.
