Maintenance Carelessly blocking entrance
The maintenance knows that there’s only one way to enter to reach parking spot and still carelessly blocked entrance with a forklift overnight. I honked and even called customer service but no one was present at the facility. Next morning my car got stuck in snow at their outside exit. They say they clear snow but they don’t. The manager has answer for every question but not in action just words.

Customer service was awesome! Advised me of what I needed to complete, walked me to my unit, and taught me how to open and close the unit. Looking forward to use the unit and get some clutter out of my home. I have to stop buying decor too! Lol!

I store my mobile dessert van year round, it is so convenient to go in and out as I need for events The storage areas are kept clean and the climate control is perfect and it is a very safe environment. I highly recommend storing your vehicle or boat here.
Kathleen McDonaldAvoid at all costs. The facility is OK but grossly over priced. I rented for 6 months to get out of the Florida hurricane season. Upon renting I told them I would leave in mid February. When I called for a prorated bill they refused, and insisted on the full month, even though this was our agreement up front. The manager, Javier, was difficult to find and surly upon my arrival. I had paid upfront for an additional week but did not use it. I took the camper out for a few days in November of 2025, upon my return, the power was out and I could not access the facility. Javier refused to come and let me in, and I was told to abandon my camper in the parking lot, as I had an international flight home and would not be able to retrieve my camper for 3 months. This was a terrible option as it was not winterized and it is not a secure area. After 5 hours of begging and sitting in my camper, a corporate employee finally came and let me in, and I was able to make my flight the next day. Now, I have to reschedule everything and fly back a week early to get my camper as I refuse to do business with this company ever again. So they chose to miss out on a half month’s rent, inconvenience me greatly, and have lost a customer for future years. This company does not understand customer service, at all. I do hope the owners see this review, their staff is rude and will not assist their customers in any way. Never again.
QueenJes McLI've been looking for a unit thank goodness for this place. Very nice location, unit has own automatic light and possibly more than a dozen size and feature options. Xavier was very helpful and the rental process was very easy. Go rent one now and use my name for a reference, please.
