Pam was very good to deal with. Very professional and helpful when I downsized my space. The facility was perfect for us. My only complaint is that you did not pro rate my last month since I had 20 days left. Other places I had/have for storage including UHaul in Lakewood NJ prorated my last month. My new storage facility, Extra Space does as well. That said, the place is safe, easily accessable, secure, very clean and I highly recommend them. Thank You WS.Delaney

Phyllis GehmanI had my storage bin for three years. I just closed it because i am moving and no longer need it. There were never, ever any problems whatsoever. The premises is very clean, well-lighted at night, along with 24-7 cameras on every single angle that you can imagine. Your valuables are safe here. The public bathroom is always clean too. And, last but not least, is Pam, who is the manager. She gives prompt, efficient, and thorough service. She is more than ready to help you in any way she can--and always with a smile. A few times I had left my storage bin "locked it in the open position." Pam was quick to contact me either by email or phone to advise me. She is really on the ball. Pam also has a pleasant personality and is just nice to chat with. It's not unusual for you to walk in to find other customers just hangin' out. Pam makes everyone feel welcome. She is the reason for the excellent reputation of this storage location. She successfully runs the whole show. Kudos to Pam. I just hope that U-Haul appreciates her hard work and dedication.
JoelSometimes in life you get a glimmer of hope. You run into a great human being who's doing wonderful things for perfect strangers. Today is that day. At the office here there's a non profit called The Chemo bag. The put a bag together for people who were just told they have cancer. Socks, water bottles, adult coloring books, etc... If you can help they'd love it. And so will those affected. This stuff warms my heart. Here's some info if you'd like to help.
