Great customer service, I showed up when the person in the office was on his break and he still took the time to explain how things work and was very very friendly. I didn't catch his name but he had a dog and he was so helpful.

I drove an hour to go the location .Both gates were out of service one the pin pad didn't work the main one was stuck halfway up. I called customer service and after I told them the location they hang up on me . Called 2 more times and they would answer and as soon as they hear my voice they would hang up again. We pay to have access to our stuff at any time in the business hours . Great prices and nice storage space but the service was horrible I had to turn around with all my stuff in the car

SarahMy Unit was Auctioned on 10/8 Q002 I had 100’s of irreplaceable photos of family members that have passed away! I am willing to pay for the photos just to get them back. I have reached out to the office and they said they would reach out to the buyer but I can just sit around and do nothing! I was told that personal items such as documents and photos are supposed to be left in the office, that did not happen! Please whoever bought the unit contact me or the office. Thank you!

Kiana Lynnwhen i first rented here not even a year ago, i was paying $70 a month. it is now March and I just got ANOTHER email telling me my monthly rent was going up AGAIN. they wanted me to pay $128 a month when i was originally paying $70. i moved to another storage place. i was set up for auto pay and they would bill me different dates each month. not consistent AT ALL.
