private (unmarked from road) storage area, newer units, one outside light not working at one of the units we rented (made harder to work inside truck) but has a switched light inside units, otherwise everything else in good shape, easy asscess, really nice people- would do again.

Absolutely horrible. Was guaranteed it would be waterproof so we paid and got there and there was water in the unit. Not to mention very buggy and dirty. So we called to cancel and get a refund. Told it would only take a day or so then however long for the bank to process. Ok great. Two weeks later I still haven’t received it so I called and they said well they have to wait for management to process it. Why wasn’t I told that before? Ok whatever, three days later still nothing so I called and was told the same thing that they’re waiting on management to process it.
