Property was very well kept, clean, and safe. But that is not the reason for this review. Kim was so awesome. Very likeable and easy to deal with, she made my day. Samantha GennaNegative stars if possible—Absolutely horrible!!!! DO NOT STORE ANYTHING HERE!! We stored our 4 BR home here for 41 days while we closed on a house. Came back to a flooded unit with over $10,000 worth of damages from water and mold. They clearly do not routinely check their facility. The claims department is not doing anything. So we are out most of our furniture and other items due to the fact that they are completely ruined and unsalvageable.
Raymond BRAUNWe have been promised call backs from local manage and regional manager that we have waited weeks to come. Mever recieved All we are told is there is no staff. Our locker was flooded with water! Do not walk away from this place!!! RUN!!!!
Brad FStored fairly expensive garage items such as hardwood slabs, table saw, planer, drill press and numerous similar items. All looks fine if you check on them but when you move an item you then realize that the cement floor is extremely damp/wet and everything is damaged, rusted, corroded or warped that was on the floor. The office said i should have put everything on pallets so it was my fault. They did offer me a free month to move everything out though. I spoke to a long time customer who said those units on the far north side have the dampness/drainage issue.
Lynne CassellaNeeded a storage area ASAP because our move in date was postponed til September. Got a unit that was large enough and got everything done online, including a mover to take the big stuff to the storage area. Upon arrival, the unit was clean and ready to go without any unanswered concerns or questions. Couldn't be happier!
